the enemies are randomly generated, and move down the screen from the top.

My latest Game Demo Will be out soon, Power Revamped.

The full version will be coming before the end of the year. The demo features the first 20 levels and is still really a beta version.

Play it first on Firebird Games on the 1st of July!!!

I'm now accepting requests related to the site. This includes deleting part of, adding to, or editing the site. All requests will be taken into consideration.

There are 2 sections to this challenge, Gm user and total beginner (never used gm).

GM user Contest Details:

                    Prize: -Winner becomes a MOD (Mods and admin are judges)

                               -Game appears in "Game Spotlight"

          What to do: -Make a game under these requirements;

                                                      *No drug reference, alcohol reference, or sex reference.

                                                      *No sex, no drugs, no alcohol.

                                                      *Swearing is okay, just not excessively.

                                                      *No viruses.

                                                      *File has to be no more than 15mb.

                                                      *.exe file only.

                                                      *Other than the above, you are free.

                When?: -Games are due at July 6th 12:00 midday GMT (6 central)

                  How?: -Using Game maker of course.

                               -Submit a max. of 2 games to me via PM (personal message)

                               -The GAMES will be judged, not the submitting member

                  Why?: -To give more purpose to the community  (big plus)

We are looking for members that are willing to devote some of their time to either make games, or test them.

In order to to make games, you need to have some experience in Game Maker, and also submit an example of your work (more on that later). In order to be a beta tester, you'll have to give a detailed report of the game (more on that later). Please pm me if you plan to be a beta-tester.

Applying for a development position:

 

Include this info:
SKILL: what are you best at?
GM VERSION*: what version of game maker do you use?
SELF-RATED SKILL LEVEL: tell us how good you think you are, on a 1-10 scale.
EXAMPLE OF WORK*: submit to us 2 examples of your work, pertaining to your skill.

Game report layout:

             user rating: rate the game on a 1-10 scale.

             suggestions*: what would make the game better?

             concerns*: anything bugging you?

             bugs*: whats wrong with the game?

             additional thoughts: what else do you think about the game?

             *very important

After learning I could use the blog app for news, I decided to install it. Only Mods and Admins can post, but everyone can comment. Y'all might be glad to know it also features rich text.
